Pietà - Lorenzo di Alessandro da Sanseverino (Tempera on wood, 62x158)

It was the top part of the altarpiece showing the Mystical Marriage of Saint Catherine, painted around 1491 for the church of Santa Lucia in Fabriano, and today at the National Gallery, London. At the Uffizi since 1902.
