Likely of etruscan origin, certainly dates back to the Xth century.Just restored with attention to preserve its autenticity, the villa,of more than 500 mq,can host up 12 people in 6 double rooms (a limited number of guests so everyone is assured of special attention to its needs). All the rooms have a wonderful view on famous towers and are all provided with air conditioning/heating, safes, windows screens and private bathroom with a wall -attached hairdryer. One room is also suitable for disables. The house have a sitting room with tv sat, a study with internet connection, a suggestive dining/living room with a medieval fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and another ground floor common bathroom. It looks out on a nice terraced garden with a gazebo furnished with table and chairs. Private pool equipped with patio furniture and a quiet pergola, a perfect haven for rest and contemplate the panorama disturbed only by the chirping of cicadas and crickets.The 12 hectars property produce saffron, oil, aromatic herbs.
